PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship) is excited to invite you and your family to Let’s Glow MetroFest 2026, our upcoming annual community celebration and family event! We wanted to send out an informative email to include ALL the details. Here we go!
EVENT DETAILS
MetroFest will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, on the lawn behind the IPF Building. Gates will open at 3:30 PM, with live music beginning at 4:00 PM and running through 6:15 PM. The event officially ends at 6:30 PM.
The theme is NEON, so come dressed in your brightest colors!
ADMISSION PRICING
We offer two ticket options:
Advanced Purchase: $10 per person (deadline: October 18, 2026) via our new online ticket purchase site-ZEFFY
Gate Purchase: $15 per person (day of event)
Cash, CashApp, and Square Pay accepted at the gate
Please note that all attendees age 2 and older require an admission ticket.
CASUAL DRESS WRISTBANDS FOR PREORDER TICKETS ONLY
All students with advanced tickets will receive a Casual Dress Pass wristband, valid for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 (or Wednesday, October 28 for MWF P3/PreK students). Wristbands will be distributed the week of October 19, 2026. If they do not receive by dress day, please have them stop by main office to collect a new one.
FOOD & DINING OPTIONS
Pre-order your favorites in advance via the ticket link above:
Chick-fil-A Meal: $10, choice of 8 count nuggets or sandwich with cookie and chips.
Papa John's Pizza (Large): $12, choice of pepperoni or cheese.
Pre-ordered food is available for pickup between 4:30-5:30 PM at the east side of the IPF.
Additionally, we will have several food vendors on-site, including Bondi Bowls, Cheese Me Grilled Cheese Truck, Squeeze Me Lemonade, and Hot Mess BBQ.
ENTERTAINMENT & ACTIVITIES
Enjoy live music by the Crowe Band, performances by the MCA Pom team and the MCA Drumline, as well as inflatables, obstacle courses, bubbles, dunk tank, and our vendor marketplace — list of vendors to come.
Students can dunk faculty and staff! Be on the lookout for when and where our presale dunk tank tickets will be sold. First come, first served!
WHAT TO BRING
We recommend bringing lawn chairs or blankets for your comfort. Please note that coolers and animals are not permitted.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
MetroFest is made possible by the incredible support of our Metro community! We rely on our amazing parent volunteers to help make this event a success, and we'd love for you to be part of it. Each volunteer shift is just 30 minutes, and participating volunteers will receive a Casual Dress Pass for their student(s).

EVENT POLICIES
MetroFest is an alcohol-free and drug-free event with on-site security personnel present. All dress code guidelines will apply.
